ドイツのバイエルン・アルプスから、南チロル、ノルウェー、オーストラリアを経て、日本へ。
この旅の中で培われたのは、クラフトマンシップへの深い敬意と、より良いものをつくり続ける姿勢でした。

家具職人として、小さな工房から世界的なファブリケーションスタジオまでさまざまな現場で経験を積み、建築・デザイン分野の著名なクリエイターが手がけるハイエンドなプロジェクトに携わってきました。

旅と仕事を重ねる中でたどり着いたのは、「長く使い続けられるもの」をつくるという考え方。
組み立て直せる、修理できる、カスタマイズできる——世代を超えて使われ、使い捨て文化に抗う家具や素材を目指しています。

メルボルンでバリスタとして働く妻と出会い、その仕事に触れる中でコーヒーかすに可能性を感じ、試作を重ねて生まれたのが、サステナブル素材 ecoblend です。

現在は日本を拠点に、ミニマリズム、バウハウスの思想、そして「Kaizen」に象徴される日本の文化を軸に、アイデンティティと目的、そして長く使える価値を備えたプロダクトをデザインしています。

ひとつひとつのプロダクトには、形や機能だけでなく、背景にあるストーリーと価値観が込められています。

素材や製法、背景を大切にしながら、少量生産でひとつひとつ丁寧にお届けします。


From the Bavarian Alps to Japan, via South Tyrol, Norway, Australia, and beyond — my journey has been shaped by craftsmanship, travel, and a relentless drive to improve. Trained as a furniture maker, I worked across small workshops and world-class fabrication studios, collaborating on high-end projects with renowned architects.

Along the way, I developed a passion for creating furniture and materials that last for generations — pieces that can be assembled, disassembled, customized, and repaired, reducing waste and fighting throwaway culture. In Melbourne, inspired by my wife’s work as a barista, I began experimenting with coffee grounds, leading to the creation of EcoBlend — a sustainable composite at the heart of my current work.

Now based in Japan, I combine minimalism, Bauhaus principles, and Kaizen thinking to design products with identity, purpose, and longevity. Every design tells a story — not just of form and function, but of values.
